# How it Works

Creating a restored memory with LumiMemoX is simple, personal, and respectful. From one old photograph, we create a carefully enhanced visual memory designed to preserve emotion, identity, and story.

## Step 1 — Choose your package

Select the package that best fits your needs. You can choose a simple photo restoration, a colorized portrait, a short animated memory clip, or a premium keepsake experience.

## Step 2 — Upload your photo(s)

On the product page, you will see the field **Upload the photo(s) you want us to restore**. Click **Choose File** and upload the image you want us to restore or animate.

Before uploading, please make sure:

-   The face is visible and not too blurry.
    
-   The image is not heavily compressed or screenshot-based.
    
-   You send the highest-quality version you have.
    
-   If you have more than one useful photo, upload the best one or the ones that help us understand the person clearly.
    

If your file is very old, damaged, or low quality, you can still upload it. We will do our best, but the final result will always depend on the condition of the original photo.

## Step 3 — Add your notes

Tell us anything important we should know about the image ( eye color , hair color...) . You can include names, dates, relationships, emotional meaning, preferred style, or any special requests for restoration or animation.

## Step 4 — We restore and enhance the image

We carefully improve the original image using advanced restoration tools and creative editing. Depending on your package, this may include repair, colorization, facial enhancement, background cleanup, or preparation for motion and animation.

## Step 5 — We create your final memory piece

Once the image is ready, we produce your selected final format. This may be a restored photograph, a color version, a short AI-generated memory clip, or a premium visual presentation prepared for display.

## Step 6 — Review and delivery

You receive your final file digitally, ready to view, download, save, or gift. Premium packages may also include additional presentation formats depending on the service selected.

## Photo guidelines

For the best result, please send:

-   Clear photos with good visible detail.
    
-   The highest-resolution version available.
    
-   Uncropped originals whenever possible.
    
-   Photos without screenshots, filters, or heavy compression.
    

Older, damaged, or low-quality images can still work, but final quality will always depend on the original source.

## Important note

This service is created to honor real memories with care and sensitivity. Results may vary depending on the condition, resolution, and clarity of the original photograph.
