What kind of photos can I send?
You can send old photos, scans, or digital files taken with a phone. We work with black-and-white images, faded prints, low-color photos, and many damaged photographs, although the final result always depends on the condition and quality of the original.
Can you restore damaged or blurry photos?
Often, yes. We can improve many photos affected by fading, scratches, folds, stains, discoloration, and visible wear, but if important facial detail is missing or the image is extremely blurred, there may be limits to what can be recovered.
Can you colorize black-and-white photos?
Yes. We can colorize black-and-white photos with warm, natural-looking tones that respect the feeling of the original image.
Will the restored photo still look natural?
Yes. Our aim is to enhance detail, clarity, and presence while preserving the identity and emotional truth of the original photo, not to make it look artificial or over-edited.
Does restoration affect my original photo?
No. Restoration is done digitally from a copy of your image, so your original physical photograph remains unchanged.

How do I send my photos?
Upload your files directly on the product page using the upload field before ordering. For the best result, send the highest-quality version available and avoid heavy compression or screenshots when possible.
How many photos can I upload?
That depends on the package you choose. HoloStart is for one photo, HoloStory includes 3–5 photos, HoloGift includes 7–10, and HoloSignature is designed for larger collections.
Can I add notes about the person or event?
Yes, and we encourage it. Small details about the person, the relationship, the event, or the feeling you want to preserve help us approach the restoration with more sensitivity and care.
Delivery & timing
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the package, the number of photos, and whether your order includes video, print, or physical presentation. Smaller digital packages are faster, while larger premium packages take longer because they involve more detailed finishing and preparation. Roughly it's between 5 and 10 business days.
What will I receive after ordering?
Depending on the package, you may receive restored digital photos, colorized versions, short memory videos, premium printed pieces, a premium album or a physical display product such as HoloFrame. All digital files are delivered in high resolution.
Can I order from another country?
Yes. Digital packages can be ordered from anywhere, since your photos are uploaded online and the final files are delivered digitally. Physical products depend on shipping availability and destination.

Results & expectations
Will every old photo become perfect?
Not always. We can often achieve beautiful improvements, but the final result depends on the original file’s resolution, damage level, lighting, and how much visible detail remains.
What if my photo is too damaged to use well?
If an image has very limited recoverable detail, we will let you know what is realistically possible. It is always better to set a respectful expectation than promise a result the original file cannot support.
