Shipping policy

1. Types of delivery
LumiMemoX currently offers:

Digital delivery for all restoration, colorization and video packages (HoloStart, HoloStory, HoloGift, HoloSignature – digital part) , worldwide .

Physical delivery within Spain and selected European countries , UK for packages that include printed items or premium presentation (currently HoloGift and HoloSignature).

HoloFrame is a coming‑soon product. Shipping details for HoloFrame will be added before it becomes available for purchase.
2. Digital delivery (all packages)
Most of our work is delivered digitally.

Final files (restored photos, colorized versions, videos) are sent by email or provided via a download link.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.

Timeframes shown on product pages are estimates, not guarantees. Larger or more complex projects may take longer.
If you have not received your digital files within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at team@lumimemox.com with your order number.
3. Shipping for physical items (HoloGift, HoloSignature)
Some packages include physical components, such as premium photo prints , album or gift packaging .
3.1 Shipping destinations
We currently ship physical items to:

Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)

European Union countries

United Kingdom (select products, subject to customs and carrier availability)
If your destination is not supported at checkout or you are unsure, please email us at contact@lumimemox.com before ordering.
3.2 Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service (standard / express where available).

Fees do not include any customs duties, import VAT or handling charges that may be applied by your local authorities outside Spain. These are your responsibility.
3.3 Processing and transit times
Production time

Physical items are produced after your digital project is completed and approved (where applicable).

Typical production time: 5–7 working days after final approval.
Estimated transit times (after dispatch, not guaranteed):

Spain: 2–5 working days

European Union: 4–10 working days
-
United Kingdom: 5–12 working days (subject to customs clearance)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and, where available, a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delays and risk of loss
We do our best to meet the above timeframes, but:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, strikes, weather, customs or other factors outside our control.

Once we hand the parcel to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in tracing the package and discuss replacement options where appropriate.
5. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend it.

If we cannot contact you to confirm a correct address, we may limit your order to the digital components only and handle any adjustments according to our Returns, Revisions & Refunds Policy.
6. Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email contact@lumimemox.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and outer packaging.
Once we assess the situation, we may:

Reproduce and resend the affected item,

Offer a partial refund or store credit, or
-
Provide another reasonable solution.
Digital file issues (missing files, download problems, corrupted attachments) will be corrected or resent as needed. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem.
7. Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time, for example when we add new products, destinations or carriers. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top.
